Why the Phoenix?
The Phoenix is a mythical bird. Although destroyed by fire, it is reborn again in an innovative and revitalised life. Women in domestic violence, like the Phoenix, can also be reborn ... to become self assured and empowered, with the potential to fulfil their own destiny.
